Is this molluscum contagiosum? Help

help. i have this small bump on my penis and it's been there for about a week now. I haven't been sexually active for a year now and it's only last week that this bump appeared. As far as I could remember, I think this started when I masturbated around 7 times in one day (stupid right?) and when I attempted to jack off the next day, i saw this bump. i tried to pop it with a needle the other day but all i saw is fluid. not puss, but a slightly yellowish transparent fluid.

please help, I'm freaking out. I never had sexual intercourse however I have done oral sex.

what could this bump be? it's been there about a week now and I haven't been seeing any improvements.

    From the look of it. It looks like MC. Dimple and white lesion in the middle but I'm not a Dr. So you should check with the Dr. I've experienced MC for like 4 months. If it is MC then it's easy cure.
