    the same with my private part it shown a small bumps and also my scrotum like bumps has fluids it itch

    This looks like Molluscum to me. There are a few different treatments that can be done, but be careful as they can be very contagious. Do Not try to pop them. Popping one will surely cause it to spread.(if it is molluscum.)
