ok so where number 1 is theirs tiny like bumps their where number 2 is theirs like a wart like spot id say its grabable/pullable can bleed a little if touched to hard and where number 3 is one of them r wart like spots which again is grabable/pullable can bleed if touched to hard
this one picture now above is right at the back of my tongue it kinda looks yellow/green
anyone please help and talk to me any one got experience etc could it be cancerous frm smoking maybe
