Is this MS or a Brain Tumor

i have been having weird sensations for 4 months now. prickling in the left side of my face and head. dripping water sensations in head, chest , and back. numbness and tingling on left side of body from head to toe. sensitivity to flashing light. muscle weakness. i have had blood work all normal. i am always hungry and it feels like something is closing my throat in. have also has emg , nerves and muscles normal. the doctor and neuro says i have anxiety , but ive never been this anxious in life to feel all of these symptoms for months. i am 34 years old. it feels like my body is fading Away and im just got to fall i feel all wobbly. sometimes it feels like im not breathing . i also have muscle twitching in legs and feet. i have brain fog and difficulty moving my mouth to talk.

everyone thinks its all in my head and that its anxiety because the other test come back normal

someone pleAse help me and give me some insight.
