Is this normal?

this has been here for as long as i can remember. It doesn't hurt it's just there. it only appears when I'm hard. Please help!!

    I'm trying to see what you are talking about. Is it the dark places on the penis. It can be the blood flow or just the pigments in your skin.

    If it does not give you a problem I would not worry about it.

      i guess it was disguised because my foreskin wasnt all the way up haha
