I've been peeing a lot and I have noticed a burning sensation during sex and its uncomfortable, also upon looking with a mirror i noticed I cant see the urethra hole which is odd

Perhaps your urethra is infected. Not being able to see the urethra can be something normal, as vaginas are different shapes and sizes like penises.
