should I worry? Could it be a VPH or something bad?
somedays ago while brushing I think it bled. I'm not sure if it have been there long time or a couple of days.
maybe an inflamed tongue bud or something worst?
please help!

Most likely it is a bud, but, honestly, i cannot see a cause for concern. I have had this problem and it usually goes away after a few weeks. High salt content, or sugary content causes this issue, or acidic foods. Look sucking on one of those sweets that are covered in sour sugar. The main point is it usually goes away after a few weeks, tops.
