I've just got home after having sex with my boyfriend and when I washing myself. I noticed this. What is going on? This is the first time I've experienced this. Can someone help me

It look swollen, maybe from some reaction or irritation. Was the sex dry and/or rough? Is there any other symptoms or just swollen?
