Is this normal looking?

I was wondering if anything in the photo looked worrisome? I ask because I had full STD screening in November. I was diagnosed with BV and given flagyl and then diflucan so as to prevent yeast infection. A month later I had the same issue and was then given a cream for the same diagnosis. I still have an odor, and some white stuff that I can wipe off. Does anything else seem like cause for worry in this photo? nothing itches or hurts Thanks so much!
