Is this normal looking?

my penis has always been smooth and colour has been consistent until about 2 months ago... I had unprotected sex with a woman around 11 months ago but thats all. I feel as my glands aren't smooth and the edge on my head is a little swollen looking. also have a small red spot with 3 small bumps. no itch, a tiny bit of pain after urination and i feel like a cant really push a good stream urination out anymore. I've been tested for HIV, syphilis, gohneria, chlamydia and hep c with negative results for all. thank youimageimageimage
