My meatus has been like this since as long as i can remember. No pain no discomfort. Im just curious if it is normal? Also havent had sex in more than a year and been tested twice for HIV and Negative, also Syphillis,Chlamydia, Ghonorrea, all negative. I am 23. It just looks weird to me and idk why ive been feeing anxious about it.

I don't think it looks abnormal, I'm not a doctor or anything. I think the tip of everyone's is a bit different.

i just never really noticed until yesterday and idk why it made me anxious thinking i have Herpes or something.

I don't think that's what herpes looks like, from what I have seen on here. I think we all think something about our penis's look weird, but I guess penis's just are weird and unique.

yeah i dont know why ive been so anxious about it today. I feel like if it was herpes it would have gotten worse. Maybe its from masturbating? or maybe its ok? idk

I suggest you see a Urologist to have this checked - if you do not have health insurance it is easier to access a Urologist at one of the larger GU Medicine services in the region in which you live.

In the UK these services are GUM Clinics and most are based at General Hospitals

I am not in the UK. I live in the US. I Don't have insurance at the moment due to Covid, so it would be a very expensive visit. But I'll try!

Unfortunately I have no knowledge of US health care availability - I would be thinking along the lines of free sexual health services in the area in which you live
