Do you have a formal diagnosis of any particular skin condition? Do not just presume you have LS. For a formal diagnosis of LS you need a confirmatory Biopsy, otherwise you are merely dealing with suspected LS

Have you seen a Dermatologist, Gynae or Vulval Skin Specialist yet? Have you any medication?

What I thought was that I just needed to find the right form of skin cream or moisturiser, all that happened was the white patches got worse, so using everyday skin creams and moisturisers can be the wrong thing for some LS sufferers ......

i have "atopic dermititis or exzema , my skin is extremely sensitive but after looking up why i have so many forcyde spots and why theyre itchy and why my color sometimes looks like white patches i learned about l.s im going to my obgyn im a few weeks to get her to check it out and do a test

Hope your Gyn is helpful for you, not all have the specialist knowledge of conditions like LS, and, it sounds like you have skin problems elsewhere too. What may well be the best specialist for you is a Dermatologist who specialises in Vulval skin disorders and will also have insight into the potential interaction with your other skin problems, and more relevantly, how to address all of your skin issues in the best manner possible .....
