Is this normal or is this prolapse uterus?

is this the way my vagina should look or is this prolapse uterus? on call dr said by me describing it she thought maybe prolapse uterus and bladder but they don't accept photos in messages etc and im waiting on my insurance to activate. I can't even see my urethra on the outside anymore but if i try to put a finger in I can feel it try to go in my urethra IN my vaginal opening. (I'm 31 overweight 5'4 240lbs and have a history of cryotherapy for precervical cancer in 2015. have had 2 vaginal births one caused small tear inside and had to be stitched and 2 csections that followed for a total of 4 births) I keep having menstrual cramps since the buldges happened after struggling to pass a bowel movement that felt blocked. and now have white watery discharge and frequent peeing and sometimes struggle to pee.

    I think it is a prolapse with all the symptoms

    hard to know what type.

    I think you need to get it seen to as soon as possible
