Is this oral cancer? Really worried.

hi to whomever is reading this, the past month or so I've had this growth on the right side of my tongue at the back (i will provide a photo) it feels like something is stuck in my throat and i have a hunch it could be the growth causing that sensation as its at the back? has anyone got any idea what it could be at all as its really worrying me:/ any feedback will be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance 😃image

    I have quite a similar situation as yours.

    Consulted a GP and on a 5 days antibiotics but the pain is still there.

    Will be heading to the hospital tomorrow.
