I've recently been exposed to someone with oral herpes but she had no breakouts, and i got a lump on my cheeks wondering if its just a really big pimple?

I am fairly certain it's just a pimple, if it was oral herpes, it would be around the rim of your lips, nose, ECT it can show up on a cheek but it's usually not large like that. Usually flat easily broken oozie and scabby/scaley.

That's a pimple not herpes.
