Is this oral herpes ??

I had sex and oral with a girl on 4/19 and i also took an ecstacy pill same night and i woke up with lesion on my lip. i didn't think much of it i thought the ecstasy had caused it but it hasnt gotten better and its looking actually worse. i read that ecstasy can cause ulcers but i also feel like a sore throat and im very worried. i read that you see symptoms a couple days later tho not the very next morning. tell me what you guys think. i also dont have anything on my genitals either.
