what is this please help. my doctor was helpful in many ways. said it could be any virus including HSV 1 causing the lesions and gave me antiviral drugs for cold sores.

hi there , I dont see anything wrong in your throat . those are lymph nodes. I saw a sore in your tongue . if it is hsv1, you will get fatigue, fever, seizures in brain. it wont be a simple sore . thats my experience. if you dont get these symptoms , just calm down. otherwise you can do blood test to get a high accuracy confirmation. dont take the viral drugs for too long. they will weaken your immune system and cause fatigue and damage your kidneys
