Is this part of an anxiety symptom?

I'm dealing with a sensation that feels like I'm not breathing right or I'm skipping to breathe. Does anxiety cause this feeling? I'm terrified if this is something like a real emergency or if anxiety actually does do this to you. I would really like someone's help on letting me know if I should be concerned about this or not. I feel like my throat is closing up too that I might end up choking to death. I'm usually always normal and my doctor keeps telling me I'm too young to worry about my health and stressing so much. This is something I never experienced though but it also feels, like my breathing pattern is breathless.

Anxiety can definitely cause the feeling that they were skipping to breathe and just not breathing right. It’s very common and it’s not harmful but I know how scary it can feel. What you need to do is to learn proper breathing with anxiety. you will feel a lot better and you can do it anytime you need to . go on YouTube and search for breathing exercises for anxiety. There are hundreds of them. Do this as many times as you need to. You can do it anywhere without anybody even knowing it. Try not to focus so much on your breathing all the time. Try to stay busy doing other things. You’re going to be fine just listen to those short helpful breathing meditations. Take care

Thank you Jan for some helpful suggestions! I will definitely look up some breathing exercises for anxiety, for guides on how to calm myself whenever I feel like this out of nowhere. Glad to know that anxiety is just tricking me into believing that I'm struggling to breathe or not having enough oxygen into my lungs, while I'm still breathing in and out my nose through the entire day.
