Is this penile cancer?! Really concerend!

I have these visible blood vessels which I have never noticed before! I also have an irritation in my penis head and under the corona. On top of that my urethra feels inflamed and sore. I don't have any other symptoms. STD tests came all negative.. I'm really concerned that this might be an early stage of cancer..

    i am not a doctor, but it could be an allergic reaction of some sort. the skin looks a bit irritated. i would get tested for genital warts as well. this is not included in a regular std test.

      i do not think it has anything do with cancer, however it never hurts to get it checked out just to be safe.
