Is this penile lentiginosis OR?

Hi, I'm 29 years old, not sexually active only masturbation. A year ago I noticed some bumps on my penis gland, when I did my research I found out that there are just Fordyce Spots.

But 4 months ago I noticed a black spot on my penis gland, and a black area around the opening, which made me so nervous about it, so I did more research about it, and found out that it may be a penile lentiginosis.

I'm from Africa, I have brown skin.

I want to make sure that if this looks okay? If anyone has this problem and solves it please tell me what to do.
