Is this penis melanoma? I am really scared

i am 21 M, brown, uncircumcised and sexually active. i use protection for vaginal sex and don't use then for oral sex. i suffer from health anxiety and always feel something is wrong. from past few days i feel like i have some sort of sensation in my head of penis like i want to pee but i cant explain it. anyways i looked at the head of my penis for the first time clearly and saw some brown spots which got me really worried. now i googled and it says it can penile melanoma. i am really worried. i am attaching pictures
