hello i am 22 year old.
i have not seen my full penis head out of foreskin since childhood
but it does not hurt erritate when masterbaating. just cant take full head out of foreskin
what should i do i dont want to to sergery
and also it does not look like infection just when i try to take out it hurt so i just masterbat without takingout

you should try retracting it gently and not use force as it can damage skin if force applied, Also in this case use little luke warm water to make it soft for retraction and don't use any 'SOAP' as it leads to infection on sensitive skin.
If it still doesn't retract you should try few virgin coconut oil drops which might help.

I suggest to google tight foreskin solution and you could find some information about creams that could help you relaxing your foreskin. The foreskin should retract completely behind the head of the penis. But be careful, you don't want to tear your skin or get stuck behind your head. It requires time to stretch out.
