Take some Tucks medicated pads with witch hazel and directly contact them GENTLY. Then try to push then back in...VERY GENTLY.
I'm not sure what the yellowish stuff is, but I hope it's not infected. I would go see a doctor and see if you need some antibiotics if it doesn't get any better within a few days of using the pads to push them back in.
