Is this pityriasis rosea?

I've had this rash for months, I have been told it is multiple things, when it first started it was worst on my feet, the skin was all flaking and peeling, dry and itchy, it looked like soars went up my shins, I'm not sure if this was from scratching or not. On my abdomen, on either side, on my lower mid back (small amount) and on my hips/upper glutes I have plenty of small circular red patches that seem to be different from the rash that was on my feet (maybe it was just extremely bad on my feet?) but I also had a small yeast infection that showed up at this time on my groin (this went away quickly with some clotrimazole). I'm rather prone to skin issues, I had PLC Pityriasis lynchenoided chronica, a persistent rash treated with antibiotics for years, this was when I was a preteen. For the rash I've tried clotrimazole, hydrocortisone, betaderm + an oral antihistamine. I cannot figure this out and my doctor has given up, my dermatologist appointment isn't until August 2021. Recently I've been trying selsun blue thinking maybe it's tinea? But this seems to be making it worse. It's worth noting that I was bitten by a tick not that long before all this started (maybe a month or two) but I was on antibiotics for that. I am in otherwise perfect health, I've thought this may be ringworm, tinea, pityriasis or eczema

It is not either ringworm, tinea, pityriasis or eczema. They look like infectious rashes. Try salty water. If you feel itchy when using the salty water, then the salty water is working.
