hi,

i will cut a long story short.

i have had anxiety since we broke from work the week before lockdown.

so 7/8 weeks ive been having every single symptom.

i came off medication last week and have felt horrible.

again wasnt eatting, sleeping, exhausted, headaches, chest pain and felt dizzy.

i have had runny nose (but only when i eat)blocked nose/sneezing

last night i couldnt breath through my nose so woke me up, then it felt like i couldnt breath.

i have had no sore throat but also have reflux.. so doesnt help had lump in throat ect.

no cough or temp, been cold more than anything and last night my cheeks were hot.

i had a test that came back negative and im due to go back to work monday (noone will be around, i had to take 2 weeks off due to all this)

start of the week i wasnt not sleeping and dreaming about me being in hospital

everyone is saying its stress or anxiety as not been out. but can it be, what if someones brought it in the house.

but i feel so strange?

It's anxiety, made worse withdrawal symptoms from the meds. I experienced the same thing. Went off my meds a week before we went on lockdown. Started suffering horrible anxiety symptoms, so much i landed in hospital twice, with panic attacks. My doctor put me back on the meds just so i can cope through this corona situation.

omg ive had same symptoms along with heart palpitations but i also wasnt sleeping and nose was congested with post nasal drip. that might be due to allergies doctor said. they also think its due to anxiety from covid and being stuck at home.

allergies? honestly when i felt that way and wasnt able to sleep fue to nose felling blocked I did not believe it was allergies because I’ve never suffered from allergies but a nurse recommended I use Flonase and it has been helping With the congestion and I’ve been able to sleep through the night.
