(Warning the photos are very graphic) Im not sexually active but these sores showed up a couple days ago and im in excruciating pain awaiting test results. Is this herpes? Please be kind.

it is a fairly extensive genital herpes and absolutely not to be overlooked!

first, I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Second, please make an appointment today and have that swabbed and tested so that you can get a correct diagnosis and medication to help heal. When was the last time you were sexually active?

I don't know what it is but it looks infected so keep the area clean and don't wear tight pants or leggings and wear cotton underwear

Sorry, it's chancroid or syphilis. Both are curable.
