is this ringing noise in my ears tinnitus

Around 6 months i started to develop ringing noise in my ears this was same time i fractured my orbital bone in my left eye from a boxing incident i had a training .

I also have been experiencing head aches as well which come and go .

Have had multiple appointments with GP and ENT SPECIALIST who me told that it was tinnitus .

I have some good days when i do not notice the ringing but also experiencing bad days when it is louder

than usual .

Could my symptoms be of something else or is it that of being tinnitus .
