Is this shaving rash, herpes or something else

Hi guys,

Hoping I'm just being a hypochondriac but whenever I shave I get these ingrown hair type bumps but only on the 1 side of my shaft. I'm thinking it could be to do with that being the side I masturbate on . As far as I know they don't scab or anything (that I've noticed). Is it just ingrown hairs due to friction?imageimage
