I have crippling health anxiety or hypochondria and a few days ago I found these two marks on my ears. I immediately thought of the worst: skin cancer. I have asked on another site and they say its a freckle, blemish or mole. But it is driving me crazy with panic attacks to the point I have had to start taking anxiety medication again. Please give me some reassurance and what you think.
