Is this skin cancer? Should I be worried?

Hi. I recently noticed this on my lower leg. I don't know how long it's been there, though I don't think it just popped up. It's not just a mark; I can feel something there. On it's own it doesn't hurt, or itch, or anything, but when I touch it it's sort of sensitive. It feels like there's a thin layer of something there, and it has those undefined borders and parallel ridges. It looks like eczema but it doesn't hurt or itch or anything... Should I be worried? Thank you.
