Is this some kind of STD?

Greetings, I had unprotected sex and the next day these red spots on my penis. I had balanitis before and I am not sure if this is balanitis or something else. Could any kind of std appear 24 hours after sex?

The circumstances you describe strongly imply you picked up something.

See a doctor for a definitive diagnosis.

Just came back from the doctor, his diagnosis was that I do not have fungal or bacterial balanitis and definitely doesn't look like herpes. Something is irritating my penis, could be soap, clothes, vaginal fluids and he prescribed me a steroid cream but suggested me to not take it since I am not itchy or hurt.

make sure you wash only with gentle cleaning product such as aveeno and or just water or something for those with excema.

dab any excess urnine with tissue after urinating.

and consider aloe vera juice every morning 50ml

      and drink plenty fluids

hopefully this will help prevent any development of worse conditions

Same thing happened to me after having unprotected sex. Had gotten these red bumps on my glans just like yours, but wasn't itchy or painful so didn't think much of it at first. The bumps then subsided, and I started noticing this weird, unpleasant smell. Did a course of antibiotics, took some anti-fungal pills and applied cream for a week or so. Didn't help. It's not painful or itchy, but the smell never went away. This was 2 years ago, never found out what I got, still causing me stress.
