I'm a 21 year old male, no prior history of stds or anything like that. Saw this on the right side of my testicle under my shaft just curious what you think it may be.

Are those bumps painful? Have you noticed any discharge?
It doesn't seem to be anything alarming, they look like foliculitis (the hair sometimes gets trapped under the skin and can become infected and inflammed--in other words they look like "ingrowns"). From your picture it seems like you shave and that could be the reason why that occurred. Just try to keep the area clean and dry. If your symptoms get worse (painful to touch, pus, the bumps get worse) head over to a doctor.

Hey @YMB90 thank you for your help! No i have not had any discharge that I'm aware of at least nor are they painful. i actually didn't even know they were there till i saw it during my shower, they don't hurt at all either actually. Ok I will take everything you mentioned into effect and hope that it's just foliculitis or a pimple. Again thank you for the info!
