i have recently been shaving a lot and i was wondering if this is like a herpes rash? or like a razor burn. this only occurs when i shave and have my period and sit in period blood too long. this is the only area that gets like a skin irritation. please help

Could be a plethora of things, but a rash that presents that way isnt typical of herpes.
