Is this STD ?

So i had unprotected adventure in August and in November appeared out of nowhere, white dots clustered in a smaller circle on the back of the body of the penis more on the left side, It looked unestetical - they were only on left side of back of the penis body so I tried to get rid of them but they are hard, deep in skin (not bumpy) white and they do nothing, they do not itch. i cant rid of them.

As soon as I tried get rid of them, the next week appeared more of them almost all over my back of my penis but they are smaller and all of them is shining when put some light on them

So... i dont know what they are but... want to be sure what is it.
