is this strabismus ? any help please

So 4 months ago i woke up with my right hurting me and my vision with blurry with my right eye only, i went to the doctor and he told me that i have eye muscle fatigue, what's worrying me the most is when the light is on the right side my left eye would drift to the left, and when the light is on the left side my right eye would drift to the right, does anyone know what this could be please, any help
