Is this syphilis or herpes or chafing plz help

hey everyone

i have got it once in August 30, 2018 and had gone to a dr for the same he said it was herpes even after the tests were neg. so i did not believe him. i am circumcised and it was just below my penis head so every time i would get a boner or tried masturbate that is the time the skin would stretch it caused the sink to tear that is the only time it burned other then that there was no pain at all. this stuff happened after i had received a BJ in june 3, 2018 . i was scared and it was 3 months so all the sti should reactive in tests so got all the tests done again from a different lab

HIV 1

HIV 2

Hepatitis B(HBV)

Hepatitis C(HCV)

Herpes 2 IgG

Herpes 2 IgM

Anti Chlamydia IgG

Anti Chlamydia IgM

Syphilis(TPHA)

Syphilis(TPAB)

and everything again neg.

but i got something similar again on top of my penis head now its a shiny spot wrinkly started with dry skin pealing but was not noticeable before but again i got a BJ and it turned red in a day and tender just that spot no pain, so may be cuz of the friction its a little red but no pain or itch. just mentally feel like something is wrong and u feel tingling there when im thinking about it.

now idk wat this is might get all the tests done again.

    its a skin related issue and not an std mabe fungal u should check with a doctor

      i went to 2 dr today first one was like idk wat this is but we can do a std profile done

      and he told me to go to a dermatologist show him and come back in 7days

      so went to a dermatologist he was also like u probably had somthing there before and i told him i never had anything at this spot and he would not believe it he was saying u probably had a herpes there before

      how is it possible that i would miss a herpes outbreak as it would be painful and plus he says no point of doing a std profile as it will all come negative. if i have herpes or syphilis it would show up in blood work right.

      he gave me a cream momante 5mg it is a Corticosteroid and im not sure if i should use steroids on my genitals as the side effect would be skin thinning

      he asked me to use it for 5 days and come back

      idk this dr here in india
