hey i dont know if im posting in the right group but my last sexual encounter was around 8 months ago and few days ago these spots apeared not sure if im over reacting or ...
any opinion is appriciated
i dont have any no where else that i know of just on my arm i so have exzma quite bad

It's highly unlikely to be syphilis, which has a maximum incubation period of 90 days (3 months).
It could just be an infected scratch or mild folliculitis.
