Is this the beginning phase of herpes?

Before i just show a picture, there's a long story that leads up to my suspicion of herpes.

Ive had a rough couple of months after a sexual encounter. I have never had anything before so it was an obvious scare when i started getting symptoms. I first just thought it was a yeast infection and treated it on my own and it went away (keep in mind i was really itchy and red with white discharge but no pain when peeing). After treating it i still just felt like something wasn't right and tested twice for chlamydia and gonorrhea but those came back negative which was odd because the person i had unprotected sexual encounters with came back with a positive chlamydia test. but later i did another swab and came positive for BV so i was treated for that but after the antibiotics I still just feel an occasional itch and it still just doesn't seem right.i haven't done any blood tests. This has been going on for over 4 months now and I got very sick right after i got my yeast infection in which i was hospitalized for tonsillitis though they never found out if it actually was tonsillitis because my swabs came back negative for everything they tested for (tonsillitis, strep and mono). I've never had actual sores but as soon as my itching issues began, i got many fordyce all around my vag that i never had before. Yesterday I had a red rash above my clit that didnt hurt cuz just a bit sore in general for a few days but today i woke up and there's these bumps that I cant tell if they are fordyce or the beginning of blisters.
