Is this the final stage of FS?

Hi all!

I fell on my shoulder 8 months ago. I had an MRI and it showed a frozen shoulder. I went through the stages that I've read about. Right now I have almost full range but deep ache all the time. I cannot cook, do laundry and simple tasks like folding laundry and doing my hair causes pain. The pain is in the glenoid area and the bursa on top. I had another MRI last week and my arm looks great.

I'm wondering am I still in pain because of the frozen shoulder? Is this the last stage?

    Hi Nicole,

Ive had frozen shoulder for over a year. My range of motion has improved but I also still have pain when I reach for things,  can’t pull down my bra etc. Wish I could share something positive but although the pain has somewhat diminished it still hasn’t gone away. Massage helps, I get acupuncture, I did PT for 5 months. Good luck.  If mine continues I may opt for the capsular release surgery, which people say works.
