Is this thrush or an STD help !!

hi i had unprotected sex approximately 5 4 days ago, was quite sore after it then the last few days i have had pain when urinating almost as though there is a sore down there being irritated! checked today and its a collection of small sores. ive had thrush before and had similar symptoms to this but i have no unusual discharge! could it be herpes??

my plan is to go and get thrush duo on monday and hope this solves it but is this normal for thrush? thanks in advance for your help

    get it swabbed ASAP i had similiar thought it was warts but it turned out to be HSV 2 😦
