Is this usual?

Can anyone shed any light on how I feel but more importantly why? I definitely have PTSD, I tick all the boxes, but every time I see my PTSD counsellor I feel great after I come out, but then the day after I feel really low, but can't work out why. Is this normal or what have I done wrong? Why do I feel this way? Please help just a lot confused!!!

If u have had or gone through something troubling or traumatic in your life it will come back in later years. People often associate this condition with WAR, It is or can be any traumatic event. I am not on here to solve to pzzle but to meet people like me with this. Its terror. its s**t, i hate shopping. and I am not in fear but always on guard. Stress is killing me, so I self medicate.

Thank you for your comments everyone who has said anything. I think I understand now and will try to just let my therapist do her work, we're getting there according to her.

Your opening up, thats why u feel better. unloading crap u might be bearing. We walk around carring a load per say.. on our shoulders and let me tell you mine are strong, but all that Sh%t builds up and speaking to someone about it helps. They cut funding to my area and I am in trouble with the cops, and doing some stupid things.  But when u are taught to do everything the best u can, well stupid just seems fun.
