I went to a music festival abroad (I had to fly) and my ears didn't feel fully popped for about 24 hours and when the music was being played I got like a screaching noise in my right ear and sometimes my left but mainly my right, the next day I was on my phone and I just got a sensation that the room was moving or that I was going to fall over but I was sat down about 10 minutes later I felt fine again but this continued to happen to me over the next few days were I would be sat down on my phone then next minute I would feel as the room or my head was moving, it doesn't seem as bad now but I still feel as I'm getting these attacks of dizziness, was just woundering if anyone could help le out at all? Also it seems to help the dizziness if I get up and have a walk about

I'm not a Dr, but this could be a perforated ear drum. Go get checked as it can lead to complications if it doesn't self heal and gets infected.

I concur with Chris, sounds like it could be a perforated ear drum. I believe they can mend themselves but seek a professional diagnosis/advice.

    Hi Sean

If you'd had a perforated ear drum you would have been in agony!!

Get checked out, it's more likely to be Vertigo, or Menieres

It seems to be unique to you using the cell...Could this be the problem? I've read a number of accounts of people being dizzy after using ear buds...(including myself)..Perhaps there's a connection developed between your dizziness and phone use?
