Is this vertigo/dizziness?

Im 16 and i noticed awhile back that every time i swing on the swings or play Minecraft in front of the TV i get a massive headache/ a weird sensation. Is that vertigo/dizziness and what causes it?

    Vertigo is when you feel like your sitting still but the world is spinning around you. Sounds like you have motion sickness from the game.
