Is this Vestibular Papillomatosis or warts?

I've recently discovered a great "rash" of sorts on my vagina. It started after I shaved everything down, closer than usual, before sleeping with my partner. I thought it was a bad case of razor burn at first. With Coronavirus, getting an in person appointment right now is near impossible. First available is 4 weeks out. So I did one if those online appointment things and was able to have my pictures viewed by a general physician, a dermatologist, and an OBGYN. 2 of them stated I have Vestibular Papillomatosis. 1 of them stated I had some bad irritation, with possible skin tags and some spots were suspicious to be warts. The only symptoms I am having is itchiness, but it's mild. Mostly caused by my clothes irritating it.

What do you think it is? I cannot find any similar images online for reference and I have a very long 4 weeks to see an actual doctor in person. If it is VP , what do you guys use to help clear it up?. imageimage
