Is this vestibular papillomatosis (VP) or genital warts?

Hi Patient Community -- apologies for the graphic photo, but I am concerned about the apparent bumps/lesions on my labia minora and vaginal opening.

As you can see, there is a linear line of about 5 small, soft bumps/"flaps" of skin on the right side of my labia minora. There also appear to be bigger versions of these "flaps" at the vaginal opening (though I'm honestly unsure if they are supposed to be there).

I have had a monogamous male partner for 9 months now. We just started not using condoms in the last month, and have had rougher sex recently. I noticed this skin issue after feeling very slight itching near my vagina.

Also note that I received the Gardasil vaccine about 10 years ago (I'm now 25).

Any of your input/expertise is very appreciated - thank you!

    Hi las,

Hard to see what you're referring to. But if you've been vaccinated with Gardasil, likelihood of these being genital warts are remote.

thank you for your replies. Here is another photo. I'm still unsure whether this "matter" beneath my urethral opening should be there... it's soft and somewhat tender to the touch.image
