Is this vitiligo?

recently my shaft skin under my glans (under circumcision incision) has gotten really pale.

i got circumcised on March 29, and on April 28 the skin looked like this. Some paleness but nothing obvious.

but today, it is looking like this.The pale area below the glans is really obvious now.

you can also see some pale patches at the base of the penis too...they either werent there before or werent this obvious..not sure.

is this vitiligo? I did burn my penis one year ago by accidentally pouring boiling hot soup over it. it has since recovered but i dont know if the paleness could be related to the burn (e.g. trigger vitiligo).
