Is this VP??? *sensitive content graphic images attached*

So I've been experiencing these "growths" for about a year, I've gotten STI and STD checks multiple times but I have not gotten a pap smear yet. This discomfort, just recently started hurting when I do normal activities like sitting and exercising and such for the past month. Occasionally it will itch but it typically subsides. I have not been sexually active in the past 3 months, I always have my partner wear condoms and I do not let anyone give me oral. Could it be VP? Sometimes I'll get weird discharge and I'm wondering if now its just a yeast infection + VP? Is this normal??? Any feedback or suggestions are helpful!image
