Is this wart or forcyde spot or something else? They itch but no pain, should I(19) be concerned?

Hello, hope everyone is healthy and safe.

i have noticed these spots for almost 2 weeks, they are like pimples but different. I didn't have any sexual intercourse with anyone (in-fact i am a virgin).

These start like a small bump and after some days brown hard skin gets formed on the surface of the bump like this. This hard brown part is like what forms on skin after a wound

I have removed that hard brown skin part and it looks something like this now, and it is now like a very small wound on my skin, like when we remove the hard brown covering before the would is healed, exactly same like that

I have currently i have noticed 5-7 of them, they are kind of a bit hard in bump stage. There are more images below. Is this wart or forcyde spot or something else? Should I be concerned?

Should I go and see a doctor about it?

    Hi Alex,

    Forcyde spots are usually smaller & rarely itch. I think you got some other skin infection which you would best to see the Dr about to get appropriate treatment. Iodine would probably help while you wait for the Dr appointment.
