Is this warts or something else’s?

i have been jacking off two times a day could it be from that?

    Yes, these are most likely ordinary warts that can develop anywhere on the body - you may be irritating them when you masturbate - try easing back for a few weeks or months if you can - better still take a masturbation holiday and give your skin a rest.

    It may be worthwhile seeing your Regular / Family Doctor / GP to see if you can get them surgically removed, or if you can, go see a Dermatologist .....

      You have a combination of things in that can be seen in the photo - you have the typical dry skin that is most often caused by use of soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.

      You have a row or line of spots near to your thumb and these are most likely to be either Fordyce Spots or perhaps even Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) that have developed at the top of the shaft of your penis rather than purely being on the glans / head of your penis.

      The larger spot nearest to your thumb could potentially be several things, including a larger Fordyce Spot, a skin imperfection, a Fordyce that you have scratched the top off at some time and this is the way it has healed ......
