Is this what a yeast infection is or is it more ??

I never really had problems with my vagina till recently . This all started yesterday when i noticed i was feeling dry down there when to the bathroom and had a thick white discharged took a shower and felt better . I used a mirror and noticed the bumps then the next day is when i took these pictures it doesn't stink and i was sexually active the night before because to me i was just feeling dry . Last week i was sure i had my first hand at BV so ik the fishy smell and itchy symptoms . I scared of the pilli on my vagina as i dont know if that comes with yeast infections . side note : i had been avoiding sugary drinks for like a year i recently cut out things like coke zero and sweet and low and now drink things with real sugar . Could this be the culprit ?

    Hi, it looks like a yeast infection for sure. Did you get treated for the BV ? take antibiotics ? if you did than most likely that could have led up to the yeast infection and possibly the sex added to it. Did you have protected sex and did he ejaculate in you ?
